CAGY Industries, Inc. (the Corporation), is a Delaware corporation organized for the purpose of serving as a holding company for various railroads and railroad service corporations.

The Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiaries are:
  • Railway Management, Inc. (RMI)
  • Luxapalila Valley Railroad, Inc. (LXVR)
  • Chattooga & Chickamauga Railway Co. (C&C)
  • 96% of the Columbus and Greenville Railway Company (C&G)

    The corporate structure of a holding company provides flexibility not otherwise available to a railroad corporate and allows the Corporation to provide better and more varied services.
